Essential Functions and Objectives:
Working under the supervision of the Grounds Supervisor or designee(s), the employee performs routine maintenance tasks. Knowledge, Experience, Other Qualifications: Ability to perform manual labor. Prior experience preferred. Ability to work in environments that may contain allergens such as pollen, dust, grass, etc. Able to lift at least 75 pounds, using appropriate lifting techniques. Primary job responsibility will be seasonal Grounds care to include mowing and irrigation repairs. THIS IS NOT THE SUMMER OPERATIONS JOB THAT RUNS JUST DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
